Avon-Passed away March 25, 2024 at age 91. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Wilbur (Roy Greer); sister, Suzanne (Gerald) Rothrock; and granddaughters, Kali Ander, Kelly Taft.
He is predeceased by his wife, BettyD. Wilbur; son, Kelly Wilbur; and brother, David Wilbur.
James was a Navy veteran. Jim was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to play golf. His passion was going gardening and the flowers in his garden.
Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 3-6pm at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, 350 Genesee Street, Avon. Where his funeral service will be held following his calling hours at 6pm. Private interment, Avon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Harrison-Lee VFW Post Livonia, 3850 Federal Road, Livonia, NY 14487 in his memory.
